Exchange policy

We take pride in delivering high-quality products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to assist you.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect found

Return Request Timeline

  • Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Clear photo or video proof of the issue is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Made-to-order items

  • Handwork or handpaint customized products

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items

  • Accessories (due to hygiene reasons)

Exchange Request Timeline

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email.

  2. Share your order details along with product images.

  3. Once approved, pickup will be arranged or return instructions will be provided.

  4. Replacement item will be dispatched after quality inspection.

Exchange Charges

  • One-time size exchange may be provided as a courtesy (brand discretion).

  • Additional exchanges may require shipping charges.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Customized items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a defect or error from our side.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12–24 hours of placing the order.

  • Orders that have already been processed, customized, or shipped cannot be canceled.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
