Exchange Request Timeline

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange Process

Share your order details along with product images.

Once approved, pickup will be arranged or return instructions will be provided.

Replacement item will be dispatched after quality inspection.
Exchange Charges

One-time size exchange may be provided as a courtesy (brand discretion).

Additional exchanges may require shipping charges.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12–24 hours of placing the order.

Orders that have already been processed, customized, or shipped cannot be canceled.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
